Adam Broszczak. The owner of the company: BROS Shipping in US and co owner of NL Shipping in Netherlands. Adam Broszczak did not release 3 fiscal documents (custom docs of 3 cars) for custom service in Rotterdam. I have paid for it in 2024.
He did not want to send all export docs of my 20+ cars bought in Copart in US. Documents attached to confirm. I have informed COPART and IRS in US in January 2026.
Adam Broszczak and Aneta Chojnacka are keeping my 2 cars in Rotterdam, NL since 2024 in company NL-Shipping based in Rotterdam .

I have informed police in NL. The situation is dynamic.
The primary reason of this conflict was the fact that the prices which have been accepted in April 2024 with their employee from Chicago office, Pawel, have been changed by his business partner in Rotterdam – Aneta Chojnacka. Additionally there was probably a scam on fiscal custom docs of more cars prepared by their company in Rotterdam, NL.
